    Nice work, Maxim and vovkab!

I wonder if you could create a headless application (i.e. without UI) counterpart to this widget or, better yet, add it to the widget? The idea is to be able to assign a keyboard shortcut for toggling a hardware feature, in this case switching Bluetooth on and off.

    Cheers!

I was using wi-fi on off and loved it on my droid. Installed Bluetooth on off and it not only didn’t work it caused my wi-fi on off to fail and would lock up my wireless in a “unable to stop/start” state. I had to unistall both, reboot then reinstalled wi-fi on off and was back working again.

Works! However it does throw a number of errors. Force close popups and setting not rfesponfing erros. But, it does settle down and work most of the time. It’s usable so far. Will continue to test with other widgets installed too.

    Thx

I tried your Droid apk. It does work and reflects on/off bluetooth status properly, but if you open settings, it’ll throw a force close error. I just replaced the widget without the settings button.

Oh, I just got a force close on closing my Droid keyboard, as the screen switched from landscape to portrait mode.

Also, on booting the Droid, the widget doesn’t load. It just shows a little bar that reads “LOADING”

I have a Motorola Droid. I use your wifi widget and works great – very happy with it. However I installed your bluetooth widget and am having some issues similar to js. The primary one is when I soft reboot my phone, the widget doesn’t load. Its been 2 hours and its still “loading”. It only works if you remove and then reinstall the widget… please make a fix.

Widgets that have labels (WiFi, Bluetooth) have the tops of their icons cut off. Turning labels off doesn’t fix it. Icons still allocate space for (empty) labels, cutting off top of icon.

The latest update for Bluetooth fixed the problem with that widget. If you could do the same thing to the WiFi widget that would be great. (I noticed that the problem is only in portrait mode, not landscape, but you probably know that by now.)

    [Reply]

    Terry Reply:

The update to the WiFi fixed that one too. But then an update was issued to the Brightness widget which never had the problem because it didn’t use labels. Now it doesn’t display an icon at all; just the words “[prob]lem loading widget”.

i have a problem with your Bluetooth onoff widget, i have an Xperia x10i with android 1.6.

i´ve installed the Bluetooth and Wifi onoff widget and it worked perfectly untill i installed the silence onoff widget.
The problem is when i´m trying to activate Bluetooth and the red dot just flicks up and goes directly down again not turning green, but the Bluetooth starts.
That i can see in the field att the top.

I really like the looks of your widgets and i want to use them, so i hope you can help me.

    Hi,

I’m a member of STG (Spanish Translation Group), working for HTCmania to bring all the most important apps and games to Spanish language. Some of our members demands us to translate your app ProcessManager so, if you are interested on it and agree to leave the work to us we were very happy to do it for free.

We’ll need the XML file and you’ll get it back as soon as we can and you could update the app on the market.

    Greetings!

    I love your one-touch widgets.

Just had one request, is it possible to turn the bluetooth on AND make it discoverable, instead of just turning it on.

I notice it has been done for the EC Key, and it works great, but I don’t use EC Key so don’t want to install it just to access the bluetooth widget.

    Thanks

I like the toggle on/off widgets except for the fact that they are designed as widgets. I personally would like to see them designed as apps instead because I can group several of these commonly used toggle switches into a single Android folder and not take up more space on my screen. I found such apps designed by Sakura Soft on the market. As such I might be uninstalling these widgets Dijon to make more free space on my screen.
