I installed LockPattern OnOff onto my Samsung Moment (Sprint) but it did not function and when I uninstalled it, part of it stayed behind in a really ugly form.
When I first installed it, I added it as a widget and it appeared on my screen. When I then clicked on it, it toggled green or red appropriately, but it did not do anything else. That is, it did not lock or engage the locking pattern screen or anything at all.
So I uninstalled it. But it didn’t entirely uninstall. Now there is a blank rectangular icon on my screen where the widget used to be, and the words “problem loading widget.”
Please help!!! I’ve turned the phone off and back with no effect.

Long press the rectangle box and drag to trash

NOTE: PROBLEM SOLVED
I simply held my finger down on the rectangular box where the icon used to be, then when the phone vibrated, dragged the icon to the trash.
Seems like I just had to throw the shadow of the shortcuts away.

I went to uninstall this app but it only took it off my application list but didn’t take it off my phone so I still have to use it everytime I go to use my phone. I even took it to verizon and they couldn’t get it off. Is this a virus or bug!? Please help me get it off my phone!
Thanks!

Lock Pattern – it’s default android feature. Our widget – it’s just toggle for it. You can disable or change pattern in System Settings -> Security & location.

It’s android issue. If you have root you can reset it with adb. Otherwise only way is to reset phone.

Hello Jessie
Actually password and login from gmail should works. If it not, try to use your gmail login (without @gmail.com) and password null.

Pattern it’s NOT our apps, it’s android feature. Check System Settings->Security and location.

LOL. I see so many comments about this “issue”. I think that people should get to know the features of their phone before DLing apps. They just sound retarded when they complain about things they don’t understand. haha.

HTC Hero Sprint:
Cannot change the pattern – go to security and it says ‘screen unlock pattern’ but the only option available is to change unlock password. Ideas? Love the app, just want to change the pattern . . .
